Petruccioli no-conned by parliamentary committee

The Italian parliamentary committee that oversees Rai has expressed its lack of confidence in Rai president Claudio Petruccioli thanks to the votes of the Udeur and Italia dei Valori. Given that “the parliamentary commission has no power to revoke” Petruccioli, as correctly noted by Fabrizio Morri, it’ll be interesting to see what happens. Asthe resoconto from today’s Committee meeting isn’t yet available, it’s hard to tell, but the motion presented by Radical parliamentarian Beltrandi suggests that the entire CdA was no-conned as part of a general desire to have some change of direction and get past legal problems with the firing of Petroni.
