I wish the ECJ had them ;) The closest we have is disagreement with AG opinion which is rare and involves much more intensive work to code at any rate. Law journal cite styles bug me too. The best BSTs I know of are the updated batch for <a href="http://polmeth.wustl.edu/polanalysis.php" rel="nofollow">APSR, PA, and JOP at Political Analysis</a>. The package biblatex might be helpful — I was going to use it to switch in-text citations to footnote ones for BJPS before a coauthor cajoled an undergrad into doing it for us. I like dissent too.
